1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mister Lanka, we are committed to delivering your premium men's items safely and quickly. We offer island-wide delivery across all 25 districts in Sri Lanka.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times & Fees

• Colombo & Suburbs: 1-2 working days (Delivery fee: Rs. 350).
• Outstation Areas: 3-5 working days (Delivery fee: Rs. 400 - Rs. 500).
• Free Delivery: Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions. This will be clearly stated on the product page or homepage banner.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the item's weight and your district. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or Email.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• You must provide a clear video or photos of the damaged/defective item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (Card, Bank Transfer, or Cash) within 7-14 business days.

Please note: Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns unless defective.

• Payment Data: We do not store your credit/debit card details. All card payments are securely processed by our payment gateway, PayHere.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display our products (colors, textures) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
• Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item runs out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
